    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Sales professional with experience in PCB and/or semiconductor substrate business to develop and grow customer accounts within the semiconductor, electronics, and EMS industries.

    The role involves customer relationship management, technical sales support, and business development, working closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to deliver competitive solutions to customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Sales & Business Development
    - Develop new customer accounts in PCB, semiconductor substrate, OSAT, IDM, and EMS sectors
    - Identify new business opportunities, new projects, and new customers
    - Drive RFQ / quotation activities, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiation
    - Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and margin objectives

    2. Customer & Project Management
    - Act as the primary point of contact for customers on commercial and technical matters
    - Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, production, supply chain) to support NPI, mass production, and issue resolution
    - Support customer audits, business reviews, and regular account meetings
    - Understand customer roadmaps and proactively propose PCB / substrate solutions

    3. Technical & Market Support
    - Work with engineering teams to clarify specifications, drawings, stack-ups, materials, and reliability requirements
    - Support discussions on HDI, rigid, flex, rigid-flex PCB, and/or semiconductor substrates
    - Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing movements in PCB and semiconductor substrate industries
    - Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement

    4. Internal Coordination & Reporting
    - Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports, and management updates
    - Ensure proper documentation of customer requirements, contracts, and agreements
    - Support cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and finance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Business, or related field
    - At least 3–5 years of sales or account management experience in PCB manufacturing / Semiconductor substrate / EMS / OSAT / IDM supply chain
    - Experience handling technical customers is highly preferred
    - Having existing customer contacts and established relationships within the PCB or semiconductor industry will be a strong advantage
    - Willing to travel locally and overseas (customer visits, audits, exhibitions)

    Technical Knowledge (Advantage)
    - Understanding of PCB technologies: HDI, multilayer, rigid-flex, impedance, reliability
    - Understanding of Semiconductor substrate: BT, package substrate, advanced packaging
    - Familiar with customer requirements such as DFM, Dk/Df, reliability, quality standards

    Skills & Competencies
    - Strong communication and negotiation skills
    - Able to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
    - Good presentation and problem-solving skills
    - Comfortable working with cross-functional and multinational teams
    - Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented
