  • Job Description

    This position is responsible for leading and managing the Order Processing Section to ensure all customer orders are accurately reviewed, processed, scheduled, and fulfilled on time. The role drives operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations and business objectives.

    ➢ Lead, coach, and develop the Order Processing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.
    ➢ Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations; conduct regular performance reviews.
    ➢ Build a customer-centric and high-performance culture within the team.
    ➢ Oversee end-to-end order processing activities from order receipt to delivery fulfillment.
    ➢ Ensure all customer orders are verified, contract-reviewed, and acknowledged accurately and timely.
    ➢ Monitor order loading, scheduling, and backlog to ensure alignment with production capacity and customer priorities.
    ➢ Provide excellent services by attending to customers’ orders within agreeable turnaround time and in an efficient manner.
    ➢ Act as the escalation point for key customer issues related to order fulfillment, delivery, and quality.
    ➢ Establish strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
    ➢ Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
    ➢ Ensure accurate communication of ETD/ETA based on material availability and production lead time.
    ➢ Drive alignment between customer demand and internal operational capabilities.
    ➢ Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
    ➢ Standardize order processing workflows and ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
    ➢ Monitor key metrics such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), order accuracy, turnaround time, and backlog health.
    ➢ Review Open Order Reports (OOR) and ensure timely closure of gaps.
    ➢ Prepare and present performance reports to management.
    ➢ Oversee customer consignment programs, ensuring inventory levels are maintained within agreed min/max levels.
    ➢ Ensure timely pull signals, coordination with warehouse, and closure with finance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
    - Experience : At least 6-8 years of Order Processing/Customer Service experience in part manufacturing / assembly, with a minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    Required Skill :
    • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, drive process improvements, and lead teams in a fast- paced environment
