  • Job Description

    1. Talent Acquisition and Retention
    -Recruitment: Plan and execute recruitment strategies for both manufacturing and administrative departments to secure necessary talent (especially for specialized technicians and management positions).
    -Retention: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce staff turnover rates.

    2. Labor Management and Compliance
    -Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Malaysian Labor Law and social security regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.) to maintain a sound working environment.
    -Employee Relations: Establish smooth relationships with employees and any labor unions, and appropriately address conflicts and grievances.

    3. Organizational Development and Training
    -HR System Development: Design and implement performance evaluation and compensation systems based on global corporate guidelines to ensure internal equity.
    -Training & Development: Support employee skill enhancement and career development through OJT (On-the-Job Training) and group training sessions.

Qualifications

    ・Having 8yearsnmore experience of HR. (Labor Relations, HR and System Creation)
    ・Having Management experience
    ・Fluent English proficiency
