• Job Description

  - Perform on-site installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive/corrective maintenance of robotic and automated machinery.
  - Provide technical support to clients, ensuring efficient operation and minimum downtime of automation systems.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic programming, PLCs, and HMI systems.
  - Configure, program, calibrate, and optimize industrial robots (e.g., IAI, robot arms) according to project requirements.
  - Collaborate with the project and engineering team to support system integration and performance validation.
  - Maintain service documentation including reports, checklists, and service records.
  - Provide training and technical guidance to end users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
  - Respond to customer service calls promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  - Support continuous improvement activities and provide feedback on recurring issues and potential design improvements.
