・Responsible for outlet sales
・Develop the menu
* Responsible for the smooth operations of restaurant
* Enforcement hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness
* Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets
・Responsible for the smooth operations of kitchen
・Ensure food products are consistently prepared and served according to food quality standards
・Ensure that equipments is kept clean and maintain excellent working condition
・Enforcement hygiene regulations and upkeep kitchen cleanliness
・Applicant must be willing to do shift and long hours when required
・Check the materials and negotiate the supplier
・Recruit the staff

Requirement
- Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Education Background : N/A
- Experience :
Compulsory 1. Restaurant manager experience
Compulsory 2. Culinary experience
(Experience of Outlet operation is not compulsory but as long as candidate is capable to
supervise both operation & kitchen)
- Require Skill : Cooking, Able to manage ingredient/goods supplierEnglish Level
