■ JOB PURPOSEAs a Service Crew / Senior Service Crew, you are the face of the bakery.You will deliver warm, authentic Japanese hospitality, ensure our signature baked goods are beautifully presented, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.Senior Service Crew members will additionally take on daily shift leadership, help guide junior staff, and ensure seamless outlet operations.■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Customer Service & Counter OperationsWelcome every customer with a warm greeting in line with brand standards and Japanese hospitality.Assist customers with product inquiries, recommend bestselling Japanese bread/pastries, and handle inquiries politely.Operate the Point of Sale (POS) cashiering system accurately, managing cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.Pack and present baked goods neatly according to company packaging standards.2. Store Display & Product ReplenishmentMonitor display trays and shelves to ensure products are continuously replenished, fresh, and visually appealing.Ensure clear and accurate price tags, product labels, and promotional signage are displayed at all times.Rotate stock following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards to maintain product quality and freshness.3. Outlet Cleanliness & HygieneMaintain clean, sanitized, and tidy service counters, tray return areas, display shelves, and dining/floor areas.Strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, and personal hygiene guidelines.Assist with basic opening and closing procedures for the outlet.4. Leadership & Training (Senior Service Crew)Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting junior Service Crew during daily shifts.Assist the Outlet Manager / Supervisor in onboarding and training new staff on POS operations, customer service, and SOPs.Assist in monitoring daily inventory, handling customer feedback professionally, and opening/closing cash drawer reconciliations.
