• Job Description

  1. Store Operations & Customer Service
  Opening and closing procedures, as well as managing daily store operations.
  Cashier duties, cash management, and sales report generation.
  
  2. Staff Management
  Roster creation and attendance management for floor and kitchen staff.
  Work guidance, training, team building, and performance evaluation.
  
  3. Sales & Cost Management
  Store management and implementation of improvement plans to achieve sales targets.
  Ordering ingredients and materials, inventory control, and waste loss reduction (FL cost management).
  
  4. Hygiene & Quality Control
  Hygiene management of kitchen and sales areas (compliance with food safety standards).
  Product quality check.
  
  5. Reporting to Headquarters / Manager
  Regular progress and sales reporting to the manager.
  Sharing store issues and collaborating on operational improvements.
