    - To oversee and lead the entire operation at NEM PKG branch
    - To be responsible for the overall development and implementation
    - To handle complaints and liase with internal/external as and when necessary
    - Trouble shooting and problem solving
    - Able to take appropriate action to ensure activities at NEM PKG branch are in order
    - Able to make necessary decisions related to the Quality Management System (QMS), OSHAS, QE/5S etc.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Language: English, Mandarin, Japanese
    Education Background: Minimum of Degree or Diploma qualification
    Experience: Minimum 10 year relevant working experience for executive positions

    Require skills:
    - Excellent leadhership qualities, dynamics and resourceful
    - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
    - Ability and personality to drive and motivate the team
