• 工作内容

  - Handle daily settlement processes, including billing, reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy of data.
  - Manage settlement with customers, branches, and business partners (e.g. delivery fees, COD payments, etc.).
  - Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely settlement and collection.
  - Review invoices and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  - Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, including variances and disputes, in a timely manner.
  - Prepare settlement reports and financial summaries for management review.
  - Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, and audit-related activities.
  - Maintain and update settlement records and systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  - Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and other departments to improve settlement processes.
  - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
