現地法人のCEOのもとCFOとして部門マネジメントを実施していただきます。
経理・財務全般・月次決算、年次とりまとめ。内部監査対応も実施をいただきます。
・月次決算、年次決算とりまとめ（海外統括本部への報告）
・原価計算対応
・現地スタッフのマネジメント（実務遂行、育成支援）
全員現地スタッフとなり英語にてコミュニケーションが必要となります
・内部監査対応を実施、本社との連携
・納期管理を実施
・その他、業務上必要なタスクをCEOと連携して進めていただきます

A significant part of the role involves stock and inventory control, with some data analysis responsibilities. The position is therefore more focused on Inventory Management with some Data Analysis.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement stock control policies and procedures to streamline the inventory management process.• Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates and aging inventory to identify trends, opportunities and risks.• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, movements and adjustments.• Train and supervise stock control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.• Forecast demand for raw materials and finished goods, and develop production and delivery plans.• Collect data and maintain regular reports to provide insights for business decisions.• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

【Job Summary】We are actively seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and highly strategic Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Executive to lead and support our regional financial operations at our Klang Valley Regional Branch. Serving as a crucial command center for our logistics, freight forwarding, and warehousing network across Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, our branch handles complex, high-volume transactions on a daily basis. This position is tailored for an accomplished accounting professional who possesses exceptional analytical capabilities, strong technical expertise in end-to-end financial management, and a track record of driving operational efficiency, statutory compliance, and team performance within a fast-paced environment.In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting function for the branch.
