  Job Description:
  
  • To liaise with QC Department if any problems regarding machine and quality.
  • To plan and review the Machine Maintenance Schedule.
  • To prepare machine overhaul schedule, part list (drawing and specification) and raise requisition for parts purchase.
  • To plan and organize for machine modification and upgrading if necessary in order to achieve better efficiency.
  • To plan and organize the new machine set up.
  • To check and ensure the machine mechanical drawings are available and are kept in order.
  • To check parts demand and usage. Raise requisition for parts purchase if necessary.
  • To plan training for new technician in order to be competent to carry out his task and re-train existing technician in to enhance their knowledge.
