Response and follow up on customer corrective action and improvement plan.- Coordinate and drive improvement on RMA activities and sorting / rework activities with supplier and customer.- Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and customer system audit.- Responsible on Engineering change order, coordinate purging activities and monitor on documentation revising.- Responsible on supplier quality management.- To ensure RBA, Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.- Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/managementAuthority:- Establish and update the decision on new and current product inspection criteria.- To stop production or shipment when defective products are found in shortage time possible with immediate containment action.
