    【JOB SUMMARY】
    Responsible for leading and governing all production planning and control activities to ensure optimal capacity utilization, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and inventory optimization. This role provides strategic direction, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures production execution supports business objectives and customer commitments. Back to basic, follow company safety rule.


    【MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
    Strategic Production Planning & Governance
    • Define and implement production control strategies aligned with company business goals.
    • Oversee master production planning (MPP), capacity planning, and demand-supply balancing.
    • Establish production planning policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
    • Lead long-term capacity planning to support growth, new products, and expansion.

    Operational Control & Execution Oversight
    • Ensure production schedules are executed effectively to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
    • Monitor and resolve critical production constraints, bottlenecks, and risks.
    • Oversee WIP, throughput, and finished goods management to optimize flow and lead time.

    Material & Supply Chain Integration
    • Provide leadership alignment between Production Control, Material Control, Procurement, and Logistics.
    • Ensure material availability aligns with production plans while controlling inventory levels.
    • Review supplier capacity risks and mitigation plan in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
    • Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and executive supply reviews.

    Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support ISO, customer, and internal audits related to production planning and control.
    • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

    Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Act as the key interface between Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
    • Manage priority conflicts and trade-offs between delivery, cost, and capacity.
    • Lead production readiness for new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, and ramp-ups.
    • Escalate risks and propose data-driven decisions to senior management.

    Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and develop the production planning/control team.
    • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    Performance Management & Reporting
    • Define and track KPIs such as OTD, plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns, and lead
    time.
    • Review performance trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
    • Present production performance, risks, and improvement plans at management reviews

    Leadership & Capability Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop production control and planning teams.
    • Build a strong succession pipeline and technical competency within the department.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    ・Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    ・10 years of experience in production planning/control or manufacturing operations.
    ・Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or HOD/managerial role.
    ・Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP, and S&OP processes.
