- Responsible for overseeing implementation of company’s policies, procedures and work instruction for higher quality and productivity.- Ensure all related activities are monitored and necessary actions are taken to meet operations KPI and on-time delivery.- Liaise with customers and suppliers as and when required.- Responsible for initiating and implementation of operational expansion and process improvement for quality and cost efficiency improvement.- Lead, coach and motivate subordinates, ensure high morale and teamwork across the organization.- Reviewing the performance of subordinates.- Estimating costs and setting the work standards during the operational expansion and ongoing operations.- Identifying training needs.- Responsible for equipment utilization and yield.- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed by all operations staffs.- Drafting a timescale for the job being assigned in the operational expansion and ongoing operations.- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required.

- Manage Facility team and track monitoring systems relevant to the operations to ensure output is met.- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and the legal requirements. - Liaise with equipment suppliers and local authorities related to environmental, safety and utility providers on compliance with technical matters.- Identify operational resource requirements to meet the needs of the operations.- Manage the scheduled and general waste disposal in accordance to the legal requirements, while managing the budgets and keeping records.- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.- Develop, motivate and challenge the team members to perform their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback for the benefit of the company and culturally embedded “Safety First” mentality.- Overseeing and accountable for fulfilment of the implementation of all activities in the Facility scope of works to achieve the quality objectives and key performance indicators.

• Responsible follow up and establish new standard for process stabilizing and optimization (procedure, control plan, SOP, FMEA, WI, form)• Repalletized process control• Responsible for Process yield improvement• Compile and analyses yield report• Responsible daily monitor and control production waste /scrap and generate weekly report• Follow up and trouble shooting together with line technicians, if found any abnormality. Provide problem solving (fine tune problem and develop the solution)• Respond to internal and external audits, actions follow- up till closure• Resin stock management• Assist in establish production process control procedure• Assist in optimize production / process running• Work with QA on product quality related matter (especially customer feedback)• To support internal training and training manual preparation• WI and OPL preparation• Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by Superior
