仕事内容
- Establish and improve the dealer training system, including system establishment, resource integration, and project management.
- Develop, organize, and implement training plans according to different timelines.
- Responsible for assessing and evaluating training projects and actual performance at the store level, writing assessment reports, and optimizing training programs.
- Guide and assist agents and dealers in implementing various training projects.
- Expand training channels and resources, collect cases, and accumulate materials and experience.
- Develop and implement targeted new training programs and certification systems, and create teaching materials.
- Select, train, and manage training instructors, provide consultation and guidance to improve training quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain good relationships with external training institutions and select high-quality institutions for supplementary training.
- Manage, set up, and purchase the necessary materials and equipment for training, and perform maintenance work.
- Develop annual training budgets and create rolling budgets and budget achievement based on quarterly and monthly actual training situations.
- Responsible for teaching courses and localizing content.
- Management and operation of the training center and learning platform.
- Training for branch employees.
- Other training-related tasks.

- Education Background : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Admin / Marketing / Automotive or related qualification.
- Experience : At least 5 years of training experience in the automotive industry, specifically in sales related training.
- Require Skill : Possess strong project management skills, including excellent communication and logical thinking abilities.
- Able to independently develop training courses for dealers. (Preferred)
- Capable of deep localization of existing content.
- Able to deliver independent and high-quality lectures.
- Proficient in training tools, such as course development software, video and image editing software, and other office software.
- Strong learning ability, passionate about the automotive industry, and have a certain understanding and recognition of new energy vehicles.
• Priority given to candidates with electric vehicle-related training experience.
• Priority given to candidates with Train the Trainer (TTT) experience.
