• Job Description

  - Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  - Develop, maintain, and revise production schedules according to production requirements and customer demand.
  - Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall process flow.
  - Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
  - Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, defects, and production costs.
  - Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
  - Work closely with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant teams to resolve production and process-related issues.
  - Monitor production materials, manpower, equipment utilization, and capacity to ensure production targets are achieved.
  - Prepare and maintain relevant production reports, process documentation, work instructions, and records.
  - Ensure production processes comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable quality standards.
