    1. Marketing Strategy Leadership
    - Develop and execute digital sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    - Define market positioning and competitive strategies.
    - Identify and plan market expansion opportunities beyond Malaysia.
    - Translate strategic objectives into scalable growth systems and operational plans.
    - Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to drive business growth.

    2. AI-Driven Market Expansion
    - Leverage AI at a strategic level to expand marketing reach and accelerate growth.
    - Key focus areas include:
    a. Building large-scale market reach using AI-driven solutions.
    b. Designing AI-enabled and outsourced marketing models to improve scalability.
    c. Accelerating market testing, customer acquisition, and strategy iteration.
    d. Improving marketing efficiency, productivity, and market coverage through AI adoption.
    - Identifying emerging technologies and digital growth opportunities.

    3. Digital Sales Leadership
    - Lead digital sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    - Manage and optimize a multi-channel digital sales ecosystem.
    - Platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), Shopee, TikTok, Website, WhatsApp
    - Drive sales performance optimization and improve marketing ROI.
    - Develop customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
    - Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

    4. International Growth Mindset
    - Identify regional and international growth opportunities.
    - Develop scalable cross-market growth strategies.
    - Explore new market entry opportunities and partnership channels.
    - Support business expansion initiatives across Asia and other target markets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least 5–8 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferably in FMCG industry.
    - Proven track record of leading teams that achieved RM3 million+ annual digital sales revenue.
    - Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
    - Strong leadership, people management, and structured problem-solving skills.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
    - Experience in building scalable digital growth systems, including lead generation, conversion, customer retention, and repeat purchases.
    - Strong execution capability and ownership mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
    - Familiarity with AI tools, marketing technology platforms, and automation solutions.
    - Hands-on experience managing and driving sales or marketing performance across multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), TikTok, Shopee, company websites, and WhatsApp Business.
    - Strong understanding of social commerce, e-commerce operations, digital customer acquisition, and content-driven growth strategies across these platforms.
    - Experience in e-commerce and multi-channel digital sales environments will be an added advantage.
