• Job Description

  • Coordinate with overseas customers and vendors to manage end-to-end order execution, ensuring all customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
  • Execute full order processing activities using SAP system, including issuance of Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), invoices, shipping documents, and all related commercial and operational documentation.
  • Manage logistics arrangements across the full order cycle, including shipment planning, coordination with forwarders/suppliers, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update accurate product master data, including product codes, packaging specifications, and shipping instructions, ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Prepare and maintain Inspection Quality Control (IQC) documentation, ensuring inspection records and quality assessments are accurately recorded and properly controlled.
  • Manage sample tracking and documentation, ensuring all samples are properly recorded, stored, and traceable throughout the development and production process.
