  • Job Description

    • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, biometric/face scanning setup, new hire orientation, and documentation.
    • Monitor and verify employee daily attendance.
    • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management in the HR system.
    • Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters) and manage employee files.
    • Handle employee relations matters and support internal communications.
    • Assist in organizing training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
    • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements, including SOCSO, EPF and others.
    • Manage PVP permits, expatriate passes, and foreign worker work permit applications and renewals.
    • Responsible for HR ISO documentation and support audit requirements.
    • Liaise with relevant government departments on HR and compliance matters.
    • Prepare HR reports for management review.
    • Handle company licenses, company car renewals, and insurance documentation.
    • Provide support to HR operations in the absence of other HR personnel.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in computer applications and HR systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
