  • Job Description

    - Assist the Manager in preparing technical documents for the tender stage.
    - Perform planning work for demolition, steel work and geotechnical work in accordance with Singapore standards.
    - Prepare technical documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and other related items.
    - Carry out drafting work to support design and construction documentation.
    - Plan project schedules to optimize timelines and resource allocation.
    - Perform tasks as requested by the Manager, ensuring timely and professional execution.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Diploma or Degree in related field.
    2. At least 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
    3. Experience in demolition work, steel work, and geotechnical work.
    4. Good understanding of local building regulations, contracts, and construction practices.
    5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
