- Responsible to monitor, coordinate and supervise all building construction works at site.- To liaise with subcontractors and client/consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.- To monitor the quality of work and ensure proper safety measures and standard are adhere to at site.- To prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report.- To control wastage and delivery of material to site.- Implement the project quality plan at site and take action if the construction process is out of control or non-compliance to documented drawings/specification, etc.- Coordinate with the project manager on all quality issues and take action to resolve and close the issues. Coordinate and chair the meetings with vendor/sun-contractors on defects or non-compliance found during the preliminary, during and post construction activities.- Assure all technical/engineering documents related to site quality control are current status.- Any other responsibilities delegated by the Project Manager.
