  • Job Description

    The purpose of this role is to strategically and tactically own this path to market in South East Asia / Taiwan and Korean markets and the growth of impact and revenue delivered through it.

    This resource will be responsible for:
    • Defining, and implementing a strategic plan for optimum approach to drive growth through indirect channel partners in South East Asia / Taiwan and Korea.
    • Engaging with key distribution partners, and desired / potential partners to implement the above strategic plan
    • Management of all of company’s indirect partners in the region to support current revenues, and expand our business together to drive ultimate top line growth
    • Responsibilities may include oversight of other customers / customer types as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education:
    - Min Bachelor Degree of Science

    Work Experience:
    - Min 7 years of experience in * chromatography *MUST*, microfluidics, analytical chemistry or related field equivalent experience with proven track record in Sales and/or business development in the mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography, precision fluidics, or microfluidics sectors

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
    - Empathetic and customer-focused approach to sales
    - Action-oriented and resourceful
    - Solid technical skills with respect to mass spectrometry, chromatography, microfluidics
    - Good written and verbal communications skills including presentation of data
    - Excellent organisation skills and customer management
    - Technical awareness of products in Trajan’s target markets
    - Work autonomously
    - Must be an agile, innovative, and critical thinker
