  • Job Description

    • Prepare daily report which consists of market updates, branch updates, marketing activity, booking, registration, showroom traffic and roadshow updates.
    • Follow up and report on outstanding booking and latest status update from Branch Managers.
    • Follow up on financial outstanding update from Branch Managers and ensure that they update on the latest disbursement progress.
    • Analyse sales data of individual Branches and discuss with Branch Managers on corrective sales strategy
    • Follow up for latest update on sales forecast.
    • Follow up and review roadshow reports from Branches to monitor effectiveness of roadshow venue
    • Follow up with Branch Managers on the implementation of their action plans and progress
    • Obtain latest data from Hubspot and follow up with Branches on latest status update for online leads
    • Follow up with Branches and review latest status update for roadshow prospects, and update roadshow record accordingly.
    • Check and approve sales incentive, commission and overriding, and insurance commission claims from branches prior to submission to HR and Finance.
    • Review and discuss branch monthly action plan.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Good communication skills and strong writing and presentation skills.
    • Required skills: Computer literate, good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
    • Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
    • Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated, and high sense of responsibility.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
