  - Drive Brand Growth – Develop and execute impactful marketing & branding strategies.
  - Ensure Compliance – Uphold company core values, CI guidelines, and policies in all marketing activities.
  - Innovate & Optimize – Analyze market trends and generate fresh ideas to improve marketing campaigns.
  - Digital Excellence – Guide and enhance digital marketing capabilities for assigned dealers.
  - Lead & Inspire – Direct a dynamic marketing team and collaborating with media organizations & agencies.
  - Execute Exciting Campaigns – Plan, implement, and monitor nationwide roadshows.
  - Maximize Brand Visibility – Evaluate and negotiate sponsorship opportunities to boost brand awareness.
  - Measure Success – Track marketing performance based on ROI and KPIs.
  - Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  - Manage Digital Presence – Oversee website, social media, ads, campaigns, and all marketing materials.
  - Budget & Reporting – Prepare and manage the marketing budget, compile monthly reports for the Board of Directors.
