  Reporting to the General Manager, the role of Business Development Manager is to grow the base and recruitment for our current online education program through institution and corporate partnerships.
  
  1. Establish relationships and collaborations with schools and corporate institutions to drive distribution and recruitment for our learning programs.
  2. Nurture relationship with existing partner to ensure steady recruitment growth and renewal.
  3. Clearly define the market landscape, identify opportunities, and develop growth strategies, and follow through with successful execution.
  4. Conduct sales analysis and monitor market trends, and prepare necessary reports for internal and external reporting.
  5. To work cross-functionally with the team to organize activities that support business goals such as marketing and promotion, webinars, training, research, and related activities for the intended audience.
