  • Job Description

    - Report to the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer under the guidance of the in-house HR Consultant Manager
    - Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, i.e. on all matters relating from Industrial Relations, Employee Services, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Security & Administration and Safety & Health

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is a prerequisite. Candidates who struggle to speak fluently in these two languages need NOT apply
    - Education Background : A Degree in Human Resource or Social Science or equivalent
    - Experience :
    > At least seven (7) years of HR working experience in a Manufacturing environment
    > Candidates should already holding a Senior HR Executive or an Assistant HR Manager who has managed either the Industrial Relations OR the Payroll function for at least 3 years
    > Candidates with Trade Union experience & Collective Agreement Negotiations would have an added advantage
    - Skill :
    > Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Norms in discipline management &/or payroll function is required
    > Computer literacy (Word, Excel & Power Point) is also a prerequisite
    - Age : 30 ~ 40
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others : N/A
