  • Overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities across the business
  • Understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications or sample part to determine the dimensions and tolerances of fabrication workpiece, sequence of operations.
  • Set up and operate variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.
  • Create CNC programming. (Mastercam or Cimatron software)
  • Operate CNC Milling machine. (Fanuc, MoriSeiki & etc)
  • Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools as necessary
  • Fabricate, modify parts to make / repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines
  • Knowledge in parts' materials such as aluminium and/ or engineering plastics.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing machines as required
  • Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, designers, superior or others to resolve machining or fabrication problems
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner customers, co-workers, management and suppliers
  • Adhere to safety and environmental requirements for personal safety and safe working environment.
  • Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as they develop new skills.
  • Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
