• Perform on-site installation, daily maintenance, troubleshooting and rapid resolution of issues related to test systems to maximize production line availability. • Communicate closely with the factory`s production, test and quality teams to address test related issues in a timely manner. • Support product introduction by deploying, installing, integrating and validating test systems (including automation line, fixture, test instruments and software) at the factory site. • Implement upgrades and modifications to existing test system based in engineering change request. • Deploying, installing, debug and maintain automation test line, appearance machine, packing machine etc. • Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide data driven insights for product and process improvement. • Create and update technical documentation, including system configuration manuals, maintenance guides and troubleshooting procedures.• Any other relevant task assigned by manager.

• Diagnose and repair PCBA down to the component level using test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzer, etc.).• Able to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts and technical documentation.• Provide technical support and training to technicians as needed.• Manage the debug team, achieve the clearance and closure of defective products, and meet the timely closure of production lines. • Provide daily analysis and summary reports to assist the production team in continuously improving product yield. • Participate in batch or abnormal fault analysis, generate failure analysis reports, and share with the team to improve yield. • Collaborate with development, engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues and improve yield.• Assist in improving production yield, lead the analysis of functional defects that occur during the testing phase of products and propose improvement measures. • Maintain compliance with ESD, IPC and safety standards during repair operations.• Summarize and statistically analyze the debug results, track the tests, and provide feedback.• Any ad-hoc tasks as per assigned by the manager.
