Experience limited to operating equipment, providing instructions to operators, or coordinating with external equipment vendors is not sufficient.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at semiconductor manufacturing facilities.The role requires close collaboration with customers to ensure equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and maintain high service quality.This is a field-based position, with engineers primarily traveling directly from home to customer sites around Bayan Lepas and the Penang International Airport industrial area.The successful candidate will join an existing engineering team and receive initial technical training in Kuala Lumpur for up to one month.【Responsibilities】**1. Equipment Troubleshooting & Technical Problem-Solving**- Independently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related technical issues involving semiconductor Die Bonders.- Identify the root causes of equipment failures and implement effective technical solutions.- Perform hands-on repair, adjustment, and replacement of faulty equipment components.- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize customer production downtime.- Provide technical recommendations to prevent recurring equipment problems.**2.
