  Job Purpose:
  - To oversees the full spectrum of financial management, including strategic planning, accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
  - To ensures the company's financial stability, regulatory adherence and operational efficiency while providing key insights to support business growth and long-term success.
  
  Authority:
  - Develop and implement financial policies, approve budgets and expenditures within predefined limits, and provide financial recommendations that influence key business decisions.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Work closely and support the Head of Finance on all business and strategic decision-making with full spectrum accounting, finance, tax planning and statutory reporting.
  - Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  - Monthly review analysis of financial statements & presentation of results to key management.
  - Develop and manage the monthly forecast and annual budget.
  - Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  - Effective cash flow planning & management.
  - Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
  - Liaison with banks, company secretary, external auditors, Inland Revenue Board and government organizations to ensure fulfillment of all compliances.
