【Summary】Responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, strengthen channel relationships, and enhance brand performance through data analysis and promotional activities.【Key Responsibilities】- Assist to monitor sales and marketing objectives through trade marketing programs to strengthen business relationships and attain channel growth. - Plan and execute trade marketing strategies and plans for the assigned category and brand portfolio.- Analyze both internal and external sales (Sell-in, Sell Through and Nielsen retail data) to identify distribution gaps, threats and opportunities for the channels/retailers in assigned portfolio. - Analyze and monitor monthly brand and category achievements and propose remedial actions for under achievements.- Monitor competitive activities and submit monthly reports to track frequency and types of promotions taking place in the various trade sectors, documenting such activities for analysis, reporting and future referencing purposes.- Identify sales gaps and work with the respective Key Account Executive/Manager to propose close gap measures.- Develop, plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts and trade channel to achieve sales objectives.
