    【Summary】
    This role focuses on developing brand strategy and driving market leadership through integrated 360° marketing campaigns and strong consumer insights. It also involves cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and supporting team development to deliver sustainable business growth.

    【Key Responsibilities】
    - Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop brand positioning and annual marketing strategies
    - Drive brand leadership and sustainable market share growth within the men’s grooming category
    - Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, in-store, and media channels
    - Work closely with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful and effective campaigns
    - Generate consumer and market insights through social listening, data analysis, and market research
    - Develop strategies based on a deep understanding of young Malay male consumers and category trends
    - Partner with global and local product development teams to identify and evaluate new product and marketing opportunities
    - Manage the A&P budget to balance revenue growth, cost efficiency, and brand equity
    - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and other internal teams to ensure strong alignment and execution
    - Support and guide junior team members to foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Minimum 4 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
    - Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies
