Maintenance, Technical Support & Optimization● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, including PLC/SCADA, protection relays, transformer monitoring devices, communication networks, and energy storage systems.● Recommend system enhancements, upgrades, or expansions to improve reliability, efficiency, and operational performance.● Support long-term customer relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance or expand existing Energy Division solutions.5. Continuous Improvement & Product Knowledge Development● Stay current with GE Vernova technologies, industrial automation platforms, renewable energy systems, and energy storage solutions.● Continuously enhance solution integration capabilities to strengthen the company’s position as a total energy and automation solution provider.● Share technical knowledge with Sales and internal teams to improve solution selling effectiveness and technical alignment.6. Documentation & Reporting● Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, design drawings, test reports, and user manuals.● Maintain records of system configurations, software versions, and integration details.● Work closely with the Shared Services team as required, including Finance for purchase orders, invoicing, and billing matters; HR for human resource–related matters; and Marketing for promotional support and campaign coordination.● Collaborate with the Technical and Engineering teams to obtain technical support,product clarification, application validation, and solution optimisation when required.● Ensure documentation complies with company standards, industry regulations, andcustomer specifications.
