  • Job Description

    1, Order & Quotation Management
    - Preparing documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes based on instructions from the sales team.
    - Processing orders for machine units, custom parts, and replacement components, and entering data into the order management system.

    2, Delivery & Shipment Coordination
    - Liaising with the Japan headquarters, manufacturing plants, and logistics providers for delivery schedule adjustments.
    - Informing clients of delivery schedules and arranging shipments.

    3, Customer Support & Inquiry Handling (Phone / Email)
    - Responding to client inquiries regarding specifications, lead times, quote requests, etc.
    - Receiving initial after-sales service, maintenance, and spare parts requests from existing clients and routing them to the appropriate department.

    4, Sales Back-Office Support
    - Managing and compiling customer data and sales performance reports.
    - Preparing catalogs, proposal materials, and contracts for exhibitions and business meetings.

Qualifications

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)

    Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    - Work Location: Penang (Kulim)
    - Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Kedah State Public Holidays (approx. 20 days per year).
    - Weekend Work/Overtime: Weekend work is generally not required. Time-off-in-lieu will be granted if working on a rest day is necessary.
    Probation Period: 3 months
    - Annual Raise Rate: Company average of 5% (rate varies based on individual performance).
    - AL :Less than 2 years of service: 8 days / 2 to less than 5 years of service: 12 days / 5 years of - MC : Less than 2 years of service: 14 days / 2 to less than 5 years of service: 18 days / 5 years of service or more: 22 days
