  • Job Description

    - Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate production plans with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales departments.
    - Communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters regarding production schedules, order status, and delivery requirements.
    - Analyze production capacity, material availability, and manpower to optimize production efficiency.
    - Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available according to the production plan.
    - Follow up on production progress and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
    - Prepare production reports, forecasts, and planning-related documentation.
    - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Candidates with relevant experience in production planning are an added advantage.
    - Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) and English
    - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    - Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
    - Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    - Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
