Job Description
【Job Summary】
As an emerging global leader in the agricultural technology (AgTech) sector, our organization is dedicated to redefining the future of sustainable farming and food security. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and forward-thinking Senior Agronomic Success Lead (Future Production Site Manager) to join our rapidly growing operations in the scenic and temperate region of Cameron Highlands, Malaysia. This is a foundational leadership opportunity designed specifically for an ambitious professional who aims to fast-track their career into full-scale organizational management while remaining deeply connected to field-level agricultural innovation.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary bridge between our advanced intellectual property in crop breeding and the local agricultural ecosystem. Agriculture today faces unprecedented disruptions due to macro-environmental shifts and unpredictable global weather patterns. To counter these challenges, our firm deploys a revolutionary business model that departs entirely from traditional seed-selling structures. Instead of merely distributing agricultural inputs, we cultivate deeply integrated, vertically aligned partnerships with local contract farmers. We supply them with climate-resilient, high-yielding proprietary crop varieties, deliver continuous world-class agronomic guidance, and guarantee the buy-back of 100% of their premium produce. This produce is then distributed across high-end domestic and international luxury export channels.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the dual responsibility of expanding our network of contract growers and optimizing the production efficiency of our existing farming partners. You will spend significant time in the field, analyzing crop data, monitoring plant health, and designing proactive mitigation strategies against pests, diseases, and climate anomalies. Beyond agronomy, this role serves as the ultimate incubator for future executive leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing post-harvest operations, optimizing the supply chain from the farm gate to the final delivery center, and directly managing production volume forecasting to meet the soaring demand for high-quality fruits across Southeast Asia. Additionally, you will lead the company's own research and development farms, managing on-site cultivation teams and shaping an inclusive, collaborative organizational culture.
We are looking for an individual who combines technical agricultural competence with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will work closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high degree of emotional intelligence, cultural adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive. This position offers a rare combination of technical autonomy, operational leadership, and clear strategic direction. If you are passionate about agricultural transformation, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and want to grow into a senior executive who shapes the long-term landscape of sustainable AgTech in Southeast Asia, this role is tailored for you.
