  • Job Description

    · Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
    · Technical Consultation: Conduct in-depth product presentations and technical demonstrations to architects, interior designers, contractors, property developers, and end-customers. Provide expert guidance on product selection, specifications, and installation requirements.
    · Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
    · Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare and submit detailed technical proposals, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and commercial quotations. Respond to RFQs and RFPs in a timely and professional manner.
    · Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies in the smart sanitary and bathroom solutions space. Provide timely feedback to the product and marketing teams.
    · After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve post-sales issues, ensuring smooth installation, commissioning, and warranty claims management.
    · Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to align sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using the company's CRM system.
    · Product Training: Stay current with Rigel Technology's full product range, including IoT-enabled smart sanitary systems, sensor-activated fixtures, and water-saving technologies. Participate in internal and external product training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirements>
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    · Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the building materials, sanitary fittings, plumbing, M&E, or related construction industry.
    · Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    · Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    <Advantageous>
    · Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and BOQ documentation.
    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
    · Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
