  • Job Description

    ・Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 600 employees across 34 retail stores in Singapore, ensuring absolute accuracy and timely disbursement.
    ・Work closely with the HR Manager in Singapore and serve as the primary subject matter expert for the payroll matters.
    ・Maintain and audit the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure all employee data, attendance records from the stores, and compensation changes are updated with high integrity.
    ・Act as the key point of contact for Singapore-based employees regarding payroll queries, providing professional and efficient resolution to maintain high employee satisfaction.
    ・Collaborate with the finance department to prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports and ensure compliance with both internal SOPs and Singapore’s regulatory requirements.
    ・Support the HR leadership in Malaysia by identifying process improvements within the Shared Service framework to streamline cross-border payroll workflows.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 5 years of experience handling hands-on high volume (over 300 headcounts) payroll task

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Experience working in Shared Service office is a high advantage
    ・Knowledge related to Singapore labor law, or any working working experience in Singapore is an advantage
    ・Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
