  To lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and scalability for new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  < RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES >
  Advanced Process Development
   Design and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes for new products.
   Evaluate and integrate automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  
  Technology Assessment & Implementation
   Research emerging manufacturing technologies and assess feasibility.
   Drive adoption of advanced tools such as additive manufacturing, smart sensors, and digital twins.
  
  New Product Introduction (NPI)
   Collaborate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability.
   Develop process flow, tooling, and equipment for new product launches.
  
  Continuous Improvement
   Lead projects to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and improve quality.
   Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics for process optimization.
  
  Cost & Efficiency
   Conduct ROI analysis for new technologies and equipment.
   Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
  
  Compliance & Safety
   Ensure all advanced processes meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
