■ JOB OVERVIEWAs a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee daily shopfloor operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.You will lead operators and line leaders, drive operational discipline, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.■ RESPONSIBILITIESProduction Overall• Supervise daily production activities to ensure output meets plan and customer requirements• Lead and manage operators and line leaders to ensure smooth operations across shifts• Ensure adherence to work instructions, manufacturing methods, and standard operating procedures• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps• Ensure product quality meets specifications through proper process control and inspection practices• Support resolution of quality issues and implement corrective actions• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements• Develop and execute production plans in alignment with customer demand• Drive on-time delivery through effective coordination and resource management• Monitor and control production costs, including manpower and resource utilization• Apply problem-solving tools to address production challenges and improve performance• Develop and coach team members through training and skills development programs• Support manpower planning, attendance management, and workforce disciplineEnvironment, Health & Safety (EHS)• Comply with Versigent EHS policies and support site EHS objectives and targets• Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements• Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible working environment• Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and hazards• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions• Promote safety awareness, safe behavior, and continuous EHS improvement

■ JOB OVERVIEWAs an HR Manager, you will lead and manage all human resources functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, industrial relations, and compliance.You will partner with management to support business objectives by ensuring effective people strategies, a positive working environment, and adherence to regulatory and corporate requirements.■ RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead HR planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting in alignment with business needs• Coordinate recruitment activities including requisition planning, interviewing, and salary negotiations• Develop and implement staffing, training, and employee development strategies• Monitor and report monthly headcount and workforce metrics• Establish initiatives to promote employee engagement and a harmonious working environment• Act as management representative in dealing with labor unions and employee relations matters• Drive training and development programs to retain and grow key talent• Advise management on employee career development, succession planning, and performance progression• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to HR, safety, and environmental requirements• Maintain effective relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders• Support business operations in matters related to permits and regulatory requirements• Promote and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and awareness programs• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as 5S and workplace improvement programs• Support internal control systems and corporate governance requirements
