1. On time product delivery
a. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to all line leaders
b. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing the schedule
c. Oversee and coach line leaders
d. Check production output according to targets
e. Submit reports on performance and progress
f. Monitor employees efficiency and provide constructive feedback and coaching
g. Receive complaints and resolve problems
h. Pass on information from top management to employees and vice versa
i. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if need arises
2. Internal & External audit compliance
a. Understanding of the audit requirements

Responsibilities and duties
❑ Leading the Recruitment /Hiring process for all employee level (operator, staff, engineer, supervisor, and manager) and Give excellent service for all department in hiring activity (recruitment, selection, on boarding, until placement) to meet business objectives
❑ Coordinate Training program and development, prepare competency matrix, training plan, implement and monitor training program.
❑ Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
❑ Collect and analyze the HR data such as Headcount, Absenteeism, attrition, etc. and report them to HR Manager and Regional A/P office including to implement WORKDAY system.
