1. Product Design Development & Implementation a. 3D Design in Vehicle level wiring harness packaging b. Routing Quality checking for wiring harness design c. Checking of Electrical aggregates (fouling etc.) in DMU to final sign off. d. Preparing the Info. Fitment Drawing of Electrical components & Wiring Harness. e. Solutions for the DFA & DFM and Vehicle level issues. f. Control Prints and other technical documentation g. Support design related activities/ built support at Customer location. h. Defining of electrical components. i. Ensure correct pilot build up (first piece) j. Evaluate and perform engineering judgement for Engineering Permit k. Define the validation plan as customer requirement l. Maintain and grow customer relations m. Train technicians n. Provide design leadership to ensure that all customer deliverables are met, while assuring accuracy and completeness of all design output2. Lead, Coordinate & Support on QVC activitiesa. < ROLE OVERVIEW >The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, labor intensive manufacturing operations to achieve world-class performance in Safety, People, Quality, Volume and Cost (SPQVC), aligned with APTIV global manufacturingstandards and customer requirements.This role requires a strong shopfloor (hands-on) leader with proven experience managing high manpower volume, multi-shift operations, and complex assembly process in a fast-paced automotive environment.< RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES >Manufacturing Operations Leadership1. Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including cutting, crimping, sub-assembly, final assembly and inspections.2. Manage large operator workforce (operators, line leaders, supervisors) across multiple shifts.3. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets with stable manpower deployment.4. Drive operational discipline and standardization across all production areas.Labor & Productivity Management1. Optimize manpower utilization, attendance control, skill matrix and multi-skilling.2. Drive productivity improvement (JPH, MH per unit, labor efficiency) while maintaining safety and quality.3. Control direct labor cost, overtime, absenteeism and attrition.4. Lead manpower optimization, line balancing and takt time improvement.5. Support cost-down initiatives aligned with APTIV global targets.Quality, Safety & Compliance1. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.2. Drive defect reduction and customer complaint prevention through structured problem solving.3. Promote strong safety culture and zero accident mindset on shopfloor.Cost & Performance Management1. Own manufacturing cost (direct labor, overtime, scrap, consumables).2. Lead cost-down initiatives and continuous improvement projects.3. Monitor and review KPIs daily using tiered meeting structure.People Development1. Lead and develop Supervisors, and Line Leaders to manage large operator groups effectively.2. Establish strong discipline, standard work and accountability on shopfloor.3. Manage industrial relations challenges in a labor-intensive environment.Continuous Improvement & Collaboration1. Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Poka-Yoke.2. Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering for process improvement and automation where feasible.3. Work closely with Production Control & Logistics in term of capacity, production schedule, and manpower planning.4. Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, HR and EHS teams.

Develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and increase market share and profitability.Responsibilities:- Promote and sell Decorative products to targeted customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information.- Execute sales policies and marketing activities that align with company rules and regulations to support business growth and achieve sales budget.- Have a robust follow-up on collection per assigned targets to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy.- Maintain good relationships, provide high-quality service to existing distributors, and attend to customers’ complaints for timely delivery and good customer service.- Responsible to update in CRM system to ensure information's accuracy and up-to-date.- Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together with Superior.
