  • Job Description

    • Lead the full lifecycle development of inverter PCBAs for air conditioning indoor units, from concept to mass production.
    • Define inverter control architecture, power topology, and hardware-software integration requirements.
    • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Power Electronics, Embedded Software, Thermal, EMC, Mechanical Design, and Manufacturing Engineering.
    • Review design calculations, simulation results, schematics, PCB layout rules, and compliance documents.
    • Approve design specifications, PCB stack-ups, component selections, and test plans.
    • Manage project schedule, deliverables, risks, and technical decision-making.
    • Interface with suppliers, design houses, and China-based R&D partners for collaboration.
    • Ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and regional safety standards.
    • Provide design expertise for production line troubleshooting and yield improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering (EE preferred) or Project Management

    - Experience : Min 7+ years in R&D with 3+ years as a team lead or PM in electronics/inverter domain

    - Require Skill :
    o Strong understanding of inverter AC system architecture, including PCBA, software, and mechanical integration
    o Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects on time
    o Familiar with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
    o Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
    o Able to manage local supplier interfaces and bridge HQ and China team
    o Basic financial and procurement knowledge to manage budgets and component sourcing
    o PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
