Job Description
1. Technical & Product Enablement
• Understand client needs and map them to suitable SaaS platform solutions (e.g. monday.com).
• Configure and implement workflows, dashboards, and integrations to support business operations.
• Analyze and optimize clients’ existing processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Support data visualization and reporting setup to track key performance metrics.
2. Project & Account Management
• Manage multiple client projects and accounts concurrently, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables align with the agreed scope and objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Present solutions and training sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and progress updates for clients and internal teams.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction across all stages of engagement.
4. Analytical & Problem Solving
• Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to ensure project continuity.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirement
<Requirement>
• Has experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Delivery, or Consulting roles (preferably in SaaS or digital transformation space).
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms (preferably monday.com or similar workflow/project management tools).
• Ability to conduct solution mapping, configuration, and implementation aligned with client needs.
• Proficient in analyzing business workflows and translating them into scalable digital solutions.
• Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, and system integration concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently.
<Advantageous>
• Experience with monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely onboarding, delivery, and follow-up.
• Capable of conducting gap analysis and presenting actionable improvement plans.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor service progress and ensure deliverables align with agreed scope.
• Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and driving satisfaction across all engagement stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Mandarin or Malay proficiency is an added advantage).
• Strong presentation and consultation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.•
• Adept at identifying business gaps, performance bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.English Level
