    ■ JOB SUMMARY
    ・Lead and manage regional (outside of central) Corporate & Government Sales activities to sustain and accelerate B2B revenue growth.
    ・Provide strong leadership, coaching, and operational governance to the regional sales team to ensure consistent execution, accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management, enabling sales representatives to focus on revenue-generating activities.

    ■ KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Manage and support regional C&G Sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Drive pipeline governance, sales discipline, and accurate forecasting across assigned regions.
    • Provide regular coaching, performance management, and development to regional sales members to improve effectiveness and productivity.
    • Oversee regional account strategies, deal prioritization, and key customer engagements, including escalations where required.
    • Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives across regional territories.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support regional sales objectives and customer requirements.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within regional markets to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably managing regional or distributed sales teams.
    ➢ Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or people management role.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ➢ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
    ➢ Experience in C&G, or enterprise sales is highly advantageous.
    ➢ Proven ability in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracing.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ➢ Excellent coaching, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    ➢ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise opportunities and drive results across multiple regions.
    ➢ Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    ➢ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
