  • Job Description

    As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth by managing existing accounts, acquiring new clients, and supporting marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage existing customers, ensuring service delivery and maintaining renewal opportunities.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
    • Recommend appropriate products and solutions for corporate clients.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness.
    • Maintain and update company website content, overseeing online marketing activities.
    • Prepare and implement strategic quarterly plans including events, workshops, seminars, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Min. 2 years of Sales Engineer experience (If the candidate is not Fresh Graduation)
    • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.

    <Skills>
    • Possess strong problem-solving skills, proactive and able to work in a team oriented working environment.
    • Computer literate.
    • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Enjoy meeting people from all levels.
    • Able to work independently with impeccable responsibility and integrity.
