Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the company’s commercial and business development strategies, including acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective pricing, tender management, and strong client relationships. It also requires strategic leadership in setting sales targets and ensuring profitability.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers to expand the company’s business portfolio.
- Manage tender preparation, pricing strategy, and cost analysis to ensure competitive proposals.
- Lead and guide the sales and commercial team to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Provide market insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management for business growth.

- More than 10 years of B2B sales experience in trading, manufacturing, or logistics-related industries.
- Hands-on experience in cost estimation, quotation, and pricing proposal preparation for tenders and customer projects
- Possess own transportEnglish Level
