  • Job Description

    1. Lead and mentor the customer service team, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.
    2. Possess strong strategic analysis and effective problem-solving skills
    3. Manage key customer account management skills, including building strong relationship engagement at management level.
    4. Conduct market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies for product promotion.
    5. Provide support to the team member/Manager’s duties and act on their behalf when necessary, during their absence.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Diploma/Degree from any field
    - Experience: Min 3 years of experience in semiconductor related industry or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies will be added advantage
    - Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    - Candidate should possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to both customers and team members.
    - Demonstrate proficiency in the following languages English, Mandarin and local dialect.
    - Good team spirit. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
    - Independence and Proactivity. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and proactively, taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with integrity and diligence.
