    1. Management of sales members with good leadership skills.
    2.Find real problems and develop a proper way to resolute challenges effectively.
    3.Key business discussion with customers including management level.
    4.Progress management to achieve/exceed sales targets.
    5.Market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies to promote products.
    6.Advise and train sales members for them to develop better sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Diploma/Degree from any field
    - Experience: Min 3 years of experience in sales manager in semiconductor related industry or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies will be added advantage
    - Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    - Candidate should possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to both customers and team members.
    - Demonstrate proficiency in the following languages English, Mandarin and local dialect.
    - Good team spirit. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
    - Independence and Proactivity. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and proactively, taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with integrity and diligence.
    - Candidate should have management skills.
