  ・Proactively identify, analyze, and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and market trends.
  ・Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  ・Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing assigned revenue and growth targets.
  ・Ensure adherence to company sales policies and credit control procedures, including timely collections.
  ・Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and promotional initiatives to maximize mutual value for both the company and clients.
  ・Plan, direct, and oversee sales operations, product promotions, and merchandising activities within the assigned area or accounts.
  ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of sales plans.
  ・Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management for informed decision-making.
  ・Gradually hand over the existing Japanese clients.
