Job Description Build strong client relationships and manage projects for Japanese and local corporate clients. Utilize your expertise in production (websites, SNS operations, creative, SEO strategies) and online advertising to identify and address client challenges, ultimately contributing to their business success. You will coordinate the resources required for project execution within the group's offices, develop strategic operational plans, and balance client expectations with the delivery of creative work. You will also play a key role in planning campaigns and driving business growth through creative and financially sound strategies.・Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and expanding revenue opportunities・Understand the clients' business objectives, the client's annual marketing budget, target audience, and marketing goals and acquire new business opportunities・Conduct facilitation during meetings with clients, providing prompt follow-up and instant support for ideas・Working with colleagues to develop comprehensive and strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's specific needs and budget・Briefing the creative team and the campaign operation team, allowing them to create an effective and well-targeted proposition for the client・Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client・Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients・Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget・Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up・Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, analyzing the results and suggesting changes and improvements where necessary・Responsible for achieving project revenue & profit targets
